The President of United States, Donald Trump, on Tuesday lashed out Israel for wanting to continue the war after he brokered a ceasefire deal between the country and Iran.
According to Trump, both Israel and Iran violated the ceasefire.
He made this claim at the White House’s South Lawn as he departed for the NATO summit in The Hague, Netherlands.
“[Iran and Israel] have been fighting so long and so hard that they don’t know what the f*ck they’re doing, do you understand that?” he asked reporters.
He also took to his Truth social media platform to urge Israeli pilots to fly their planes back home.
“ISRAEL. DO NOT DROP THOSE BOMBS”, he posted on his social media platform. “IF YOU DO IT IS A MAJOR VIOLATION. BRING YOUR PILOTS HOME, NOW!”
This comes after Israel accused Iran of violating the ceasefire agreement by launching a missile, an act, which Trump described as a “mistake”, saying it doesn’t land anywhere.
