Actor Stanley Nweze has triggered a conversation on social media after stating that poverty made some women think men only love them if he gives money.
He criticised some women who ge into a relationship with a man for financial security.
According to him, the belief is driven by “poverty mentality”.
On his Instagram story Nweze wrote, “Poverty has convinced many women that a man’s love isn’t real unless he gives them money.”
His remarks come amid a luxurious lifestyle being displayed on social from women whose source of income cannot be traced.
Many of these ladies attribute the lifestyles to their man, and as a result, many women believe if a man cannot spoil them, then he doesn’t love them.
