A Nigerian lawyer Festus Ogun has taken to his social media account to raise concern over abuse he received for taking a divorce case.
He posted a reaction a client’s husband sent to him on his account, in which he was abused and cursed for taking the case.
The client’s husband wrote, “What that girl you are soliciting for did to me – made me pass through. I pray a girl will do it to your male son, brother, [and] your male generation by [God’s] grace.”
Ogun shared screenshot of the post and captioned, “I need to stop taking divorce cases.”
Many social media user have reacted to the post. Some slammed him for fully soliciting for the wife, while others urged him to ignore the abuses and curses.
