The Brazilian forward helped the Bees to finish in the top half of the Premier League last season.
He also scored 20 goals and provided seven assists in the league last season.
Only three players scored more:
Goals than him – Liverpool’s Mohammed Salah with 29, Newscaster striker Alexander Isak with 23, and Manchester City’s Erling Haaland with 22.
United head coach Ruben Amorim is keen to strengthen the squad after guiding the club to finish 17th in the league and going trophyless.
